The short version
Skip the Stone doesn't collect any information about you. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and the game doesn't send anything over the internet.
What the game stores
Your progress (ripples, stones and gear, the spots you've opened, your journal and challenges) and your settings are saved on your device, so you can pick up where you left off. They never leave your device, except as part of your device's own backups if you use them. Deleting the app deletes this data, and Settings → Start over in the game wipes your progress at any time.
The Full Game purchase
If you buy the Full Game, the App Store or Google Play handles the purchase; we never see your name or payment details. The game only asks the store whether the purchase belongs to your store account, so it can unlock it (and restore it on a new device).
What the game reads on your device
The game reads your device's clock to light the scenery for the time of day, and its language setting to show its words in your language. It checks whether your device (or a connected game controller) can vibrate, to offer the vibration setting. None of this is recorded or sent anywhere.
Information we collect
None. Skip the Stone doesn't collect, sell or share personal information, and it doesn't include third-party analytics or advertising code.
Children
Skip the Stone collects no information from anyone, children included.
